We reserve the right to modify, remove, or rebalance virtual goods at any time. No refunds will be issued for virtual goods except where required by law.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without prior written consent.
If Jinsei allows you to create or share content (such as messages, character names, or other user input), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the service. You are solely responsible for any content you create and must not violate any third-party rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jinsei Boss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jinsei Boss, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or via the email associated with your account. Continued use of Jinsei after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the service ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability, indemnification, and intellectual property) shall remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the jurisdiction where Jinsei Boss operates.
